WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bath
  • Lavender essential oil
  • Peppermint essential oil
  • Citrus bliss essential oil
  • Clove essential oil
  • Himalayan or Epsom salt

HOW-TO:

  • Pour a bath of warm water
  • Add 10 drops of Lavender 
  • Add 5 drops of Peppermint
  • Add 5 drops of Citrus Bliss
  • Add 2 drops of Clove
  • Also great with a handful of Himilayan or Epsom salt
