See you later, Germs.

There are only three weeks left until this dark, dreary weather is over.

Soon, Spring will be here to spruce up our days.

For those who’ve managed to beat the flu this winter (lucky you!), and for those who most definitely don't want those nasties returning, we've got a DIY room mist spray which will help to purify the air and remove all those unwanted germs.

Essential oils with antiviral, antibacterial, and anti congestant properties such as Eucalyptus and Rosemary will help turn your bedroom, lounge room, kitchen, and, bathroom into a place of healing.

How? Eucalyptus essential oil comprises approximately 72% eucalyptol, which is excellent for combatting sore throats, chesty coughs and to help ease breathing. Rosemary, on the other hand, due to its high levels of 1-8- Cineole, is a fantastic natural anti congestant.

Try combining the above oils with Lemon, a cure-all fruit, used especially for treating the flu / reducing fevers, and Cinnamon which also contains high levels of 1-8-Cineole and, you'll be sure to remove all those germs and purify the air.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml purified water
  • 200ml glass spray bottle
  • 10 drops Cinnamon essential oil
  • 10 drops Rosemary essential oil
  • 10 drops Lemon essential oil
  • 10 drops Eucalyptus

Add the essential oils to the glass spray bottle and top up with purified water.

Shake well before you use, then you're all set to mist around the room regularly.
