  • 10 Drops of Lemon essential oil
  • 10 Drops of Lavender essential oil
  • Fractionated coconut oil

Mixing these three essential oils will help defeat the symptoms of hay fever. Peppermint works to clear the sinuses and ease headaches. Lavender is known to soothe muscle tension and known to be a natural antihistamine. Lemon boosts immunity and also works as an anti-inflammatory.
